Since Mia isn't feeling well, this was the best photo that I could get of her in her new little dress. Poor little girl. She's not doing well. She is headed to the doctor later today. The plus side of her feeling under the weather is that she sure sleeps a lot. And snuggles. Downside, meltdown central over every. little. thing.
I made this little dress for Mia yesterday. It was very quick to make since it was one of those already smocked sundress material at JoAnn's. It looked like it would make a fun little 4th of July dress. It came together easily, although, in my hurry to finish before Sam woke, I didn't get the stripes matched up. I didn't want to take the time to fix it. Oops! I hope that nobody else notices and if they do, that they don't point it out to me. At least it's done, right? Still, I think it turned out cute and I am thinking that it might make a cute skirt for me. Matchy, matchy! That could be fun.

Adorable! I can't see where the stripes don't match - I love it that you want a matchy-matchy skirt. Have fun in Centerville and eat a little taffy for me! Oh, and get there BEFORE the flyby. It's so very cool!
